Sourcing

What's the minimum order size you handle?

Most factories have an MOQ between 50 and 500 units depending on the product. We can sometimes negotiate lower MOQs for first orders or help you consolidate with other buyers.

How long does sourcing take?

Initial supplier shortlist within 24–72 hours. Production lead time varies by product (usually 15–45 days). Add shipping time on top.

Do you charge for quotes?

No. Quotes, factory search and price negotiation are free. Our service fee is a small flat percentage on top of factory price, disclosed in writing before you commit.

Can you source branded / OEM products?

Yes. We coordinate custom packaging, logo printing and product modifications directly with the factory. We can also help register your brand for protection.

Can you find a product if I only have a photo?

Yes — a clear photo with dimensions and a target price is usually enough. The more detail you give, the closer the match.

Pricing & payments

How do payments work?

You only pay after approving the quote and supplier. Payments are made by bank transfer (T/T) or in some cases through escrow. We never take payment for goods we haven't sourced.

What's included in your quote?

Factory unit price, our service fee, packaging, inspection, and either FOB (port in China) or CIF (port in your country) shipping. Door-to-door is optional and itemized separately.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Everything is itemized in writing — factory price, our fee, inspection, freight and any add-ons. If a cost changes (e.g. raw material spike), we tell you before placing the order.

What currencies do you accept?

USD by default. We can also invoice in EUR, GBP or RMB on request.

Inspection & quality

What if the goods arrive damaged or wrong?

Because we inspect before shipping, this is rare. If it happens, we open a claim with the factory and forwarder on your behalf and pursue refund or replacement.

What does inspection actually cover?

Visual defects, function tests, measurements, packaging integrity and quantity count — based on AQL standards. You receive a written report with photos and video.

Can I send my own inspector?

Yes — we can coordinate with third-party inspection companies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, etc.) or your representative.

Shipping & delivery

Can you ship to my country?

Yes — we ship to 30+ countries across Africa, the Middle East and beyond. Sea freight to all major ports, air freight to any airport.

What's the difference between FOB and CIF?

FOB = price up to the port in China; you arrange shipping. CIF = we include sea freight and insurance to your destination port. Door-to-door adds customs and inland delivery.

Do you handle customs clearance?

Optionally. We have partner clearing agents in many countries. If you already have a clearing agent, we just hand over the documents.

How long does shipping take?

Sea freight: 25–40 days to most African and Middle Eastern ports. Air freight: 5–10 days. Express courier (samples): 3–7 days.

Working with us

Do I need to come to China?

No. We handle everything remotely. But you're welcome to visit — we organize trips to Canton Fair, Yiwu Market and factory visits.

How do we communicate?

WhatsApp for fast updates, email for documents and quotes. We're available across CN, AE and GH time zones.

Is there a contract?

Yes — a simple sourcing agreement covering scope, fees and confidentiality. No long-term lock-in.
