1. Who we are
Hopeson Global Trading is a China-based sourcing partner that connects international buyers to verified factories. We act as an agent on your behalf — we do not manufacture goods.
2. Quotes
All quotes are free and non-binding until accepted in writing. Prices, MOQs, and lead times depend on factory availability and currency fluctuations and may be revised before order confirmation.
3. Orders & payment
- Orders are confirmed by our China team before processing.
- Bulk orders typically require a deposit (usually 30–50%) before production starts and balance before shipping.
- Direct-purchase (Buy Now) items are paid in full at checkout via Stripe or Paystack.
- Our service fee is disclosed in writing on every quote — no hidden margins.
4. Quality inspection
Pre-shipment inspection is included on every bulk order. If goods fail inspection, we will negotiate rework, replacement, or refund with the factory on your behalf.
5. Shipping & delivery
We coordinate shipping but are not the carrier. Estimated delivery times are indicative and subject to customs, port delays, and weather. Risk of loss transfers per the Incoterms agreed in your quote (typically FOB China or DDP destination).
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the service fee paid to us for the specific order. We are not liable for lost profits, downstream commercial losses, or damages outside our reasonable control.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
