Shipping & Returns

How we move goods from Chinese factories to your warehouse — and what happens in the rare case something arrives wrong.

Shipping methods

Pick what fits your budget and urgency. Final cost is quoted all-in landed — no surprise fees on arrival.

Sea freight (FCL / LCL)

Most cost-effective for bulk. 25–40 days to most African and Middle Eastern ports.

Lowest cost

Air freight

Fast-moving stock or urgent samples. 5–10 days door-to-airport.

Fast

Door-to-door (DDP)

Customs cleared, duties paid, delivered to your warehouse. 30–55 days depending on lane.

Hands-off

Estimated transit times

From port of departure in China. Add 7–14 days for customs clearance and inland delivery.

Pre-shipment inspection

Every bulk order is inspected at the factory before it leaves China. We check quantity, workmanship, packaging, and labeling against the agreed spec. You receive a photo report before goods ship — and you can request rework if anything fails.

Returns & claims

Because goods are inspected before shipping, problems are rare. If something arrives damaged, wrong, or short of quantity, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and the packing list. We open a claim with the factory and freight forwarder on your behalf and pursue refund, replacement, or credit on your next order.
